Building upon our 2020 voter education program that focused on Michiganders’ right to vote from home and vote before Election Day, our Democracy For All team will work with partners to further raise awareness of these options in 2021 local elections.
Our Democracy For All team works alongside our partners to support investment in and improvements to our state’s election laws and defend against actions seeking to restrict access to the ballot.
Our Democracy For All team engages our election administrators on important voter access issues, especially at the local level who under Michigan law direct our elections.
In the 2020 election, our poll workers reminded the state and the nation that Detroiters care deeply about our democracy and our community’s right to participate in it. Poll workers at TCF Center should be celebrated for their courage and integrity.
