Amanda Costello
Amanda is a Southeast Michigan Regional Organizer for Michigan LCV. She has lived in Southeast Michigan her entire life, and is proud to call this region home. She has a deep appreciation for this state’s fresh water after growing up in a town with over 30 lakes!
She received a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of Michigan. Her proudest accomplishment is the four years she spent as a public school teacher in the Metro-Detroit area, a time during which she became dedicated to pursuing social equity and building community. Prior to joining Michigan LCV, Amanda was a Member Services Fellow at the Michigan State House of Representatives. In this role, she connected hundreds of constituents with their state representatives.
Amanda loves to spend her free time reading, playing board games, and hiking with her dog.
